With a verifiable billing address,
we accept: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Personal Checks are accepted with approval from Telecheck. If no approval
is obtained, we reserve the right to hold orders until check clears
our bank. Please call before mailing your order so that we can quote
your shipping charge. Absolutely No COD's.
While we make every effort to insure the parts
you order are in stock, from time to time we may temporarily exhaust
our supply. You may specify backorders yes or no on your order.
Backordered items will not be charged until the item(s) ship. Certain
backordered items will require prepayment.
Sales tax will be computed after availability
of stock has been determined.
We normally ship all orders UPS ground unless
you specify an alternative method. Shipping charges are based on
the UPS rate schedule. This rate varies by weight, size and insurance
value. Shipping and handling charges quoted by this web site are
estimated.
Tracking numbers are available upon request. To
obtain a tracking number for your order simply submit your request
by e-mail to info@performancebuyers.com. No tracking numbers will
be looked up over the phone.
If your order is damaged in shipment, it is your
responsibility to make the claim with the shipping company, then
contact PBC about the shipment. No damage claims will be honored
with PBC 48 hours after delivery.
Products sold by PBC are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty. That information is available either with the new product
or by request. The warranty does not cover labor, failure of a related
component, failure resulting from faulty installation, nor would
the liability of PBC exceed the cost of the original component.
We are reasonable people; if it's our fault, we will take care of
it.
Performance Buyers Club tries to give you the
best service in the business. If our products do not meet your expectations
of quality, rest assured we will make every effort to correct the
situation as quickly as possible. We'll authorize returns for exchange
or refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt. They must also
include copy of original receipt and credit card number to post
the credit to. Returns made after 14 days of your receipt of the
product will be credited in the form of store credit only. Absolutely
no refunds or credit 30 days from date of sale. Returned items must
be in their original packaging and in new, saleable condition. PBC
is the sole judge on "new, saleable."
If you return an item not due to our error we
reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking charge. The restocking
fees will not be charged when the return is accompanied by an order
of equal or greater value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
